Quizzes (50% of the final grade). Lectures may start with an unannounced short quiz (usually multiple-choice questions) regarding the mandatory literature.

Final exam (50% of the final grade) will consist of 50 questions with one correct answer, 60 minutes

Attendance is mandatory.

Students will be allowed a maximum of two unexcused absences. In case of additional absences a formal excuse is required. In case of missing more than 50% of lectures, the course will not be passed

If any of the lectures takes place online (due to unexpected reasons), the lecture will not be recorded.

Students must respect the principles of academic integrity. Cheating and plagiarism (including copying work from other students, internet or other sources) are serious violations that are punishable and instructors are required to report all cases to the administration.
