  • roczny wymiar godzinowy nakładu pracy studenta konieczny do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się dla danego etapu studiów wynosi 1500-1800 h, co odpowiada 60 ECTS;
  • tygodniowy wymiar godzinowy nakładu pracy studenta wynosi 45 h;
  • 1 punkt ECTS odpowiada 25-30 godzinom pracy studenta potrzebnej do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się;
  • tygodniowy nakład pracy studenta konieczny do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się pozwala uzyskać 1,5 ECTS;
  • nakład pracy potrzebny do zaliczenia przedmiotu, któremu przypisano 3 ECTS, stanowi 10% semestralnego obciążenia studenta.

The aim of the course is to discuss the key concepts, theories and phenomena that fall under the scope of international cultural relations as an area of international relations. During the course the discussion will focus on the interplay between culture and international politics and the role of culture as an important factor that influences international relations will be shown. It will also address selected issues connected with legal framework for international cultural cooperation and the processes of institutionalization of this cooperation in the global (UNESCO) and regional (the EU and the Council of Europe) dimensions.

The aim of the course is to discuss the key concepts, theories and phenomena that fall under the scope of international cultural relations as an area of international relations. During the course the discussion will focus on the interplay between culture and international politics and the role of culture as an important factor that influences international relations will be shown. It will also address selected issues connected with legal framework for international cultural cooperation and the processes of institutionalization of this cooperation in the global (UNESCO) and regional (the EU and the Council of Europe) dimensions. The questions of protection of cultural heritage, cultural determinants of conflicts, soft power and cultural diplomacy will be analysed during the course. Attention will be given to exercises that develop analytical skills of participants of the course.

themin the sphere of ICR

Skills:

1. the student can correctly interpret cultural and legal phenomena on a global scale, in selected regions and subregions of the world, as well as

at the national level, using theoretical and empirical knowledge gained during studies, with the use of information and communication

techniques

2. the student is able to plan and organize individual research work in the field of international relations studies and to cooperate with other

people as part of team work on a given problem in the field of international relations(especially in the field of ICR)

Competences:

1. the student is ready to critically evaluate their knowledge and the received content in the field of the subject

2. the student is ready to recognize the importance of knowledge in solving cognitive problems in the field of international cultural relations and to consult

experts when they are needed to solve a given problem from the area of studies

1. student zna i rozumie najważniejsze fakty, zjawiska oraz problemy z zakresu międzynarodowych stosunków kulturalnych (MSK)

2. student posiada zaawansowaną wiedzę o państwowych i niepaństwowych aktorach stosunków międzynarodowych działających w sferze MSK

3. student zna i rozumie w zaawansowanym stopniu znaczenie poszczególnych regionów świata i charakterystyczne dla nich współczesne

wyzwania w sferze MSK

Umiejętności:

1. student potrafi prawidłowo interpretować zjawiska kulturowe i prawne w skali globalnej, wybranych regionów i subregionów świata, jak i na

poziomie krajowym, wykorzystując teoretyczną i empiryczną wiedzę zdobytą podczas studiów, w z wykorzystaniem technik informacyjno-komunikacyjnych,

2. student potrafi planować i organizować pracę indywidualną o charakterze badawczym w zakresie nauki o stosunkach międzynarodowych oraz współdziałać z innymi osobami w ramach prac zespołowych nad danym problemem z zakresu stosunków międzynarodowych (zwłaszcza w sferze MSK)

Kompetencje:

1. student jest gotów do krytycznej oceny posiadanej wiedzy i odbieranych treści z zakresu kierunku przedmiotu

2. student jest gotów do uznawania znaczenia wiedzy w rozwiązywaniu problemów poznawczych z zakresu stosunków międzynarodowych oraz w zasięgania opinii ekspertów, gdy potrzebne są one do rozwiązania danego problemu obejmującego problematykę studiów
