Short description:

This seminar is devoted to current research problems of Computational Biology.

Full description:

The seminar is devoted to current problems of Computational Biology.

Currently the scope of interest of the seminar consists of: comparative genomics, proteomics, molecular evolution, gene regulation networks, signal transduction networks, networks of protein-protein interactions. In addition to presentation of own results (PhD students and faculty), we also plan presentations/discussions of relevant recent publications.

Assessment methods and assessment criteria:

Taking part in research activities of the computational biology group at MIM UW, attendance and giving a talk.
