Punkty ECTS i inne: 3.00 Podstawowe informacje o zasadach przyporządkowania punktów ECTS:
  • roczny wymiar godzinowy nakładu pracy studenta konieczny do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się dla danego etapu studiów wynosi 1500-1800 h, co odpowiada 60 ECTS;
  • tygodniowy wymiar godzinowy nakładu pracy studenta wynosi 45 h;
  • 1 punkt ECTS odpowiada 25-30 godzinom pracy studenta potrzebnej do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się;
  • tygodniowy nakład pracy studenta konieczny do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się pozwala uzyskać 1,5 ECTS;
  • nakład pracy potrzebny do zaliczenia przedmiotu, któremu przypisano 3 ECTS, stanowi 10% semestralnego obciążenia studenta.

Systems definition, the role and place of MIS in organization. Three ways of management system development: logic architecture complication, functional integration, the extent and form networks. E-commerce state and development. E-banking and e-payments foundations. The chosen methods of IT assessment – websites evaluation. Introduction of the main concepts of effective use of IT in organization, Enterprise architecture, IT governance IT portfolio management, Technology management – typical concepts. Analyzing of data inputs to ERP systems on chosen examples (RFID technology).

Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:

– Demonstrate an understanding of the ways of MIS development,

– Identify challenges facing the development of MIS,

– Analyse the relationship between MIS and organization,

– Differentiate between types of demonstrate types of MIS,

– Assess the possibility of implementation given type of MIS in different organizations,

– Assess quality of different kind of MIS,

– Interpret results of MIS evaluation for organization,

– Analyse of usefulness of MIS,

– Understanding of the methods of MIS evaluation and differences between them,

– Identifying place and role of MIS in organizations,

– Demonstrate functionality of integrated systems – case of IFS Applications
