Skrócony opis: |
The content of the subject cover the field of project management executed in projects of a marketing nature, such as the development and launching of the product on the market. The course discusses the basics of project management. The course aims at giving the students the opportunity to design projects related to the development and launch of a new product on the food market, building upon the knowledge from the relevant subjects of Marketing and Consumer behaviours, and with the usage of the software dedicated to management support. |

After completing the course students: K_W02 know and understand the assumptions of the concept of project management in the organization and other concepts related to this issue K_W05 know and understand the process of product development and commercialization in the food system and perceives it in design categories K_U01 can and are able to use knowledge in the field of marketing, management, project management and consumer behaviour and other related fields to design activities for the development and introduction of a new food product on the market K_U02 can and are able to correctly recognise and interpret the chances, threats, strengths and weaknesses, as well as risks in the project K_U04_01 can and are able to prepare the consumer description recognizing his/her unmet needs in the food area and share the effect of their work communicatively K_U04_02 can and are able to design a WBS and Gantt chart using an IT programme dedicated to project management and present the effect of their work and debate in English K_U06 can and are able to work in a group, taking different roles K_U07 can and are able to quickly self-study and improve acquired qualifications in the field of marketing and project management K_K01 are ready to critically assess the process of the new product development and commercialization, as well as to consult experts K_K02 are ready to comply with ethical standards, giving priority to the rights and good of the consumer over sales benefits K_K03 are ready to think and act in a creative way |
