Skrócony opis: |
(tylko po angielsku) Over time, leadership has gained an increasing demand for various reasons. There is a continuous call for strong leaders from both external and internal actors. Managers have to navigate among incompatible and contradictory demand, rather than executing their own personalized solutions. Relation-oriented expectations and task-oriented internal efficiency can some go against each other from employees and corporate governance. In order to remain competitive, organisations need to incorporate specific behaviors to encourage innovation and development. Moreover, leading a start-up is different from leading an established company or public sector organizations. Specifically, to challenge something is an activity that brings development and innovation, and ultimately successful leadership in a competitive environment. |
