(tylko po angielsku) Obligatory proseminar conducted by a coordinator supported by potential supervisors of diploma thesis topics. Students will learn about a wide spectrum of research issues related to sustainable development. An important element of the course will be the coaching workshops. At student request: individual mentoring and coaching. |

(tylko po angielsku) Obligatory seminar conducted by a coordinator supported by potential supervisors of diploma thesis topics. Students will learn about a wide spectrum of research issues related to sustainable development. The seminar will start with a short review of the diploma thesis issues examples presented by teachers. Students works independently on their topics with close cooperation with potential supervisors. Each student will present, inter alia, an selected research issues in the field of sustainable development. Each presentation should include, inter alia: - problem definition, - summary of relevant literature, - possibility of application in industry, public institutions or non-governmental organisations. An important element of the course will be: - the coaching workshops, where students will work on expanding consciousness of their own professional and social competences and potential career development opportunities, - searching for interesting issues of the master thesis by recognizing the positions and paths of professional development of SD graduates (presentations). At student request: individual mentoring and coaching. |

(tylko po angielsku) Literature strictly dependent on the research issues undertaken by the student and the stage of the diploma thesis, e.g. - individual selection of literature and archival works related to the research area and the research issue of students, - literature concerning the area and subject of the selected aspect of environmental protection and sustainable development, e.g. physiogeographic and ecophysiographic. |
Efekty uczenia się: |
(tylko po angielsku) After completing the entire series of seminars, the student: - has the ability to prepare an initial work plan, - has the ability to plan subsequent stages related to the implementation of the diploma thesis, - is able to make a selection and analyse archival materials. |
Metody i kryteria oceniania: |
Przedmiot na zaliczenie -szczegółowe oceny nie są wystawiane. Poprawa zaliczenia na podstawie dodatkowej pracy wykonanej przez studenta. Prezentacje z krótkimi pisemnymi opracowaniami, kontrola obecności i ocena ciągła, np. aktywność podczas dyskusji i warsztatów, punktualność Dozwolona maksymalna liczba nieobecności studenta: 2. Więcej nieobecności można usprawiedliwić zgodnie z przepisami obowiązującymi na Uniwersytecie Warszawskim, np. na podstawie zaświadczenia lekarskiego. |
